Who we are
This site, the bar at 24 Victoria Street, Gumeracha SA, and the Big Blind League are operated by Ochre Nation Pty Ltd (ABN 38 165 945 095), trading as Bottle Shock. By using this site and the Big Blind League you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to create an account.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us accurate information, including your eligibility details.
- One account per person. Claim codes are single-use and tied to your account.
Fair play
Don't attempt to game the points system, share or sell claim codes, or create multiple accounts. We may void points, codes or accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse. The head judge's decisions on competition results are final.
Payments & refunds
Joining the League is free. Blind flights and Regional Cup entries are paid through Shopify; we don't store your card details. Entries are tickets to a specific event, so entry fees aren't generally refundable once you've entered. If we cancel or materially reschedule an event, or where the Australian Consumer Law requires, we'll arrange a transfer or a refund — just contact us at cheers@bottleshock.tv.
The competition
The Big Blind League is governed by its Competition Rules. Where these Terms and the Competition Rules differ on competition matters, the Competition Rules apply.
Liability
We provide the site and League with reasonable care but to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
